How to Participate in the Bronx RHIOAs a Community ProviderWith or without an EMR, you can have access immediately to the Bronx RHIO. Complete and return the Bronx RHIO Application for Participation to become a participant in the Bronx RHIO. As a Provider Employed by a FacilityPlease see if your organization is already a member of the Bronx RHIO by checking our Directory of Participants. If your organization is not already a member of the Bronx RHIO, the CEO of your facility must sign and mail the Bronx RHIO Application for Participation to the Bronx RHIO office.
